5th Grade Ceremony Information

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The 5th grade team would first like to say thank you so much for the amazing response back about the 5th grade ceremony. We are so proud of our students and would love to let everyone come and cheer them on! As we were tallying up the enormous amount of people that would like to attend, we have reached and exceeded, the capacity for our Multipurpose room. So, to keep within fire code, we will need to limit each student to just 3 family members/friends. These tickets must be presented at the door to be admitted in to the 5th grade ceremony.  If you do not have your ticket when you get to the door, you will not be allowed to enter. ***Everyone, including small children must have a ticket***

If extra tickets are available, they will be distributed in a first come first serve basis. Please provide in writing that you would like additional tickets and we will try to accommodate your need.  Please note that, if available, we will not be able to give one family more than 2 additional tickets. If you receive additional tickets and they are no longer needed, please return them ASAP to Mrs. Peterman, so that they can be given to another family.

Doors will open at 5:30 pm and one of our buddy to buddy students will help seat you. The doors will be closed at 6:00 pm, please be in your seat prior to this time, so that we can start our award ceremony. If you do come late, your seat might be given away to another family.

Thank you so much for your support,

                                                                                                                       5th Grade Teachers and administration
